Make a difference for you and your employees
SD Worx is constantly looking for opportunities to innovate your remuneration policy.
As an employer, you can grant warrants free of NSSO as long as there is not yet a claimable right to a certain remuneration. In practice this entails:
- For an existing variable salary system, your employees need to be able to choose whether they want to participate in the warrant plan before they can know their amount;
- For an exceptional premium ("generosity"), you are not required to give your employees the choice and you may immediately proceed with an offer of warrants.
Tip: When stating an amount, please always state that it shall be paid out in the form of warrants
