Across the UK, 1.8 million workers are denied their holiday pay rights with employers underpaying to the tune of £1.8 billion. Following a government review and the introduction of proposals recommended in the Taylor Report, legislative changes are being introduced from April 2020 to ensure that employees are receiving their full entitlement.
